- Project survey and scope review. Tell us about the property, scope, timing, and budget through the project survey, chat, or phone.
- Plan and price. We review the site, set a construction strategy, and price the work.
- Permits and preconstruction. We handle permits and inspections and coordinate with owners, landlords, and design teams.
- Build. Our crew self-performs most of the work while your project manager runs weekly jobsite meetings.
- Final walk-through and closeout, including as-builts where applicable.
