Yes. Along with renovations, we provide ongoing building maintenance to keep properties safe, functional and appealing. That includes exterior maintenance such as roofs, gutters, walkways and community amenities, coordinated with your property staff year-round.
Each project has a dedicated Project Manager, and we provide weekly Job Summary Reports along with weekly jobsite meetings and photos. We also communicate critical milestones and any decisions that could affect the schedule, so there are no surprises.
Yes. Roofing, siding, and gutters and downspouts are part of our trade services. For apartment communities we also manage ongoing exterior maintenance, including roofs, gutters and walkways.
