Our best fit is multifamily renovation and maintenance, commercial tenant improvements and renovations, and small to medium-size residential projects (examples include: kitchen/bath remodel, finished basements, decks, new garages, small additions). We start with a jobsite walk or scope review, then plan a construction strategy and present a price. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, we start quickly and stay on the job each day until it's done. Weekly reports and meetings keep you informed, and a final punch walk confirms the work meets your expectations.
We serve Columbus and Central Ohio, including Franklin, Delaware, Fairfield, Licking, Pickaway, Union, and Madison counties.
